 1.⁠ ⁠General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and outlines the terms and conditions under which Individual Entrepreneur Mr. Greeter provides airport Meet & Greet services. By making a booking and proceeding with payment, the Client confirms acceptance of this Agreement.

 2.⁠ ⁠Scope of Services

Services may include (but are not limited to):

Arrival Services:
• Warm greeting at the exit of gateway
• Fast track passport/immigration control (subject to airport regulations)
• Luggage handling
• Private assistance during the airport experience
• Meet with the client’s driver at curbside
• Service charge and VAT

Departure Services:
• Warm greeting at curbside
• Luggage handling
• Check-in priority
• Fast track passport/security control (where available)
• Lounge access (drinks, meals and snacks included)
• Private assistance throughout the airport process
• Farewell at the departure gate or jet bridge
• Service charge and VAT

Note: The scope and availability of services may vary depending on the airport and local regulations (e.g., buggy transport, fast-track restrictions, airside greeting limitations).

 3.⁠ ⁠Geographic Coverage

The list of airports where services are available is regularly updated and published on the Company’s website:

Services are provided through local professional partners and subcontractors selected by the Company.

 4.⁠ ⁠Booking and Payment

4.1. Clients may request a booking via website or WhatsApp.
4.2. Payment is made in advance through secure online methods, including PayPal.
4.3. The booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
4.4. By making payment, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

 5.⁠ ⁠Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).
5.3. No-shows or failure to meet the greeter at the appointed time and location are considered as service rendered. No refund will be issued.
5.4. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the same payment method used by the Client (e.g., PayPal).

 6.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete flight and contact information and informing the Company promptly about any flight changes or delays. Failure to do so may result in reduced service or cancellation without compensation.

 7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service limitations resulting from:
• Airport or airline operational restrictions
• Government regulations and immigration procedures
• Force majeure circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes)

Maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the affected booking.

 8.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Georgian legislation.

10.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of the Offer

By confirming the booking and completing payment, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
