  • local Meet & Greet providers;

  • lounges;

  • transportation companies;

  • porter providers;

  • airport service companies;

  • other professional subcontractors and suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Client's booking relationship remains with the contracting entity identified by Mr. Greeter in the relevant quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.

4. Booking Requests and Confirmation

4.1 Booking Requests

Clients may request services through:

  • mrgreeter.com;

  • online booking forms;

  • email;

  • WhatsApp;

  • other communication channels made available by Mr. Greeter.

Submitting a booking request does not by itself guarantee availability or constitute confirmation of the service.

4.2 Required Information

The Client must provide all information reasonably required to arrange the service, including passenger names, flight details, contact information, service date, number of passengers, and any additional information requested for the relevant airport.

4.3 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • all required booking information has been received;

  • service availability has been confirmed;

  • the applicable price and conditions have been communicated; and

  • full payment has been received, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

5. Contracting Entity

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation, bookings made through mrgreeter.com are contracted with:

MR GREETER LLC
United States

Where Individual Entrepreneur Mr. Greeter, Identification Number 306514199, Georgia is specifically identified in the quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation, the Georgian Individual Entrepreneur will be the contracting entity for that particular booking.

The contracting entity stated in the relevant invoice or booking confirmation will determine which Mr. Greeter entity is receiving payment and entering into the contractual relationship with the Client for that booking.

6. Payment

Payment is generally required in full before the service is confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be accepted through:

  • authorized third-party payment processors;

  • payment links;

  • bank transfers;

  • other payment methods made available by Mr. Greeter.

Available payment methods and currencies may vary depending on the booking, contracting entity, Client location, and payment provider.

The Client must use the payment instructions provided specifically for the relevant booking.

Mr. Greeter will never require a Client to make payment to an account other than one communicated through an authorized Mr. Greeter channel.

The booking is confirmed only after cleared payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

7. Prices, Taxes and Additional Charges

Prices are quoted in the currency specified in the quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, or payment page.

The amount payable by the Client will be communicated before payment.

Depending on the booking and applicable jurisdiction, the price may include or be subject to:

  • applicable taxes;

  • airport charges;

  • service charges;

  • supplier fees;

  • late-booking surcharges;

  • additional passenger charges;

  • optional services;

  • other applicable booking charges.

Where taxes are required to be charged separately, they will be identified where applicable.

Charges imposed independently by the Client's bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency conversion provider are the responsibility of the Client.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless different cancellation conditions are expressly communicated for a particular service:

8.1 More Than 24 Hours Before the Service

Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.

8.2 Less Than 24 Hours Before the Service

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are generally non-refundable and may be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

8.3 Supplier-Specific Conditions

Certain airports, VIP terminals, lounges, transportation providers, or other suppliers may impose stricter or different cancellation and amendment conditions.

Where supplier-specific cancellation terms apply to a booking, those conditions will take precedence over the general policy stated above.

8.4 No-Shows

A booking may be treated as a no-show where the passenger:

  • fails to arrive at the agreed meeting point;

  • cannot be located within the applicable waiting period;

  • cannot be contacted using the information provided;

  • provides incorrect or incomplete flight or passenger details which prevent the service from being performed.

No-show bookings are generally non-refundable.

8.5 Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.

Processing times depend on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or financial institution and are outside Mr. Greeter's direct control.

9. Flight Changes, Delays and Amendments

The Client must provide accurate flight details and notify Mr. Greeter promptly of any known:

  • flight changes;

  • cancellations;

  • rebookings;

  • schedule amendments;

  • passenger changes.

Where operationally possible, local service providers may monitor flight schedules and adjust the service accordingly.

Flight monitoring does not remove the Client's responsibility to provide accurate information.

Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Where a flight delay, cancellation, airport disruption, or other operational event materially affects the service, Mr. Greeter will make reasonable efforts to arrange an appropriate alternative, subject to supplier availability and airport regulations.

10. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • providing accurate and complete passenger and booking information;

  • ensuring that passengers hold valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents;

  • arriving at the agreed meeting point at the required time;

  • remaining reasonably contactable where contact information has been provided;

  • promptly notifying Mr. Greeter of relevant itinerary changes;

  • complying with airport, airline, customs, immigration, security, and governmental requirements.

Mr. Greeter does not provide immigration or legal advice and cannot guarantee entry into or departure from any country.

11. Airport and Government Restrictions

Airport assistance services are subject to rules and decisions imposed by:

  • airports;

  • airlines;

  • border and immigration authorities;

  • customs authorities;

  • security authorities;

  • police;

  • governmental authorities.

Mr. Greeter and its service providers cannot override such decisions.

Fast Track, priority passport control, priority security, airside greeting, buggy transportation, private airport transportation, porter services, lounges, VIP terminals, and other facilities may be restricted, suspended, changed, or unavailable without prior notice.

12. Third-Party Service Providers

Many Mr. Greeter services are fulfilled by independent professional service providers located at or authorized to operate within the relevant airport.

These may include airport service operators, Meet & Greet companies, lounges, transportation providers, porter services, and other local suppliers.

Mr. Greeter selects service providers with reasonable care.

Third-party providers may nevertheless be subject to their own operational procedures and to rules imposed by airports, airlines, governments, or other authorities.

13. Limitation of Liability

Mr. Greeter will use reasonable care in arranging the services confirmed for the Client.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the contracting entity is not responsible for delays, restrictions, interruptions, modifications, or inability to provide all or part of a service resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

  • airline delays or cancellations;

  • airport congestion;

  • operational restrictions;

  • immigration or customs procedures;

  • security requirements;

  • government actions;

  • strikes;

  • severe weather;

  • technical failures;

  • force majeure events;

  • actions of airports, airlines, or public authorities.

Where the contracting entity is legally liable for a claim arising directly from a booked service, liability will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the affected service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with a booking is processed in accordance with the Mr. Greeter Privacy Policy published on mrgreeter.com.
